1. Order Processing Time
Our warehouse team will complete order sorting, quality inspection and sealed packaging within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after your order confirmation is successful. Each luggage item will be inspected for surface integrity, stitching quality and accessory completeness before shipment.
Processing cycles may be moderately prolonged during large promotions, seasonal order peaks and holiday shopping periods due to surging order volume. We will take the initiative to send email reminders to customers once obvious and long-term delays occur.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
System will automatically calculate the corresponding shipping fee based on your package weight, size and delivery area, and all shipping costs will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your luggage order completes all pre-shipment procedures and is officially dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email containing exclusive tracking numbers and carrier information.
Tracking data cannot be queried immediately after delivery. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours for the logistics system to complete data synchronization, and then you can view real-time parcel transit status.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers need to carefully verify and confirm the accuracy and completeness of the recipient address, postal code and contact information during checkout to avoid parcel detention, misdelivery or return.
SORROW ALISHA LEIGHANN shall not be liable for any delivery failure or additional losses caused by wrong, missing or invalid address information provided by customers. If the package is returned to the warehouse due to address problems, the customer needs to bear the corresponding reshipping fees for secondary delivery.

If your parcel is confirmed missing or completely untraceable during cross-border transportation, please contact our customer service team and submit relevant order information within 7 days after the expected delivery date to initiate a loss investigation.
Damaged Items:
If you receive luggage products with damaged appearance, deformed structure, broken accessories or damaged outer packaging, please feedback to us within 48 hours after receipt. You are required to provide clear and unedited photos of the damaged products and original packaging for official verification. 7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
Cross-border international shipments may be subject to import duties, clearance taxes and other administrative fees formulated by local customs according to national trade policies. All additional customs fees shall be borne by the customer independently and are not included in the product price and basic shipping charges.
